DC Dana Village Events — Especially the film this Saturday night!

I wanted everyone to see two emails from Diane about the wonderful new organization, DC Dana Village.  With Metta, Jim
Email One:
Would you be able to forward this list of DC Dana Village events to the DC Buddhist Studies group?  In particular, I wanted to highlight that this Saturday evening, June 8th, is movie night at the Washington Buddhist Vihara.  At 7pm (or shortly after the 1-hour 6pm meditation sit), we’ll be showing a documentary called “Doing Time, Doing Vipassana”.  Its about a 10-day vipassana meditation retreat in a high security prison.  It has become a classic and should be motivating and inspiring.  For more info about the documentary, please go to:  http://www.dhamma.org/en/av/dtdv.shtml.  Tea and dessert will follow.
Our community site is at https://www.lotsahelpinghands.com/c/702102/ for those who wish to register and receive announcements directly.
